Beloved,

The intent for this Sunday is "Devotion". I'll be offering the service of Holy Eucharist but instead of the usual group discussion, I'd like to suggest that we explore the experience of Devotion through a brief experience of the Prayer of the Heart, one of the oldest prayer practices in our Tradition. I'll give some remarks on how to approach the Prayer and then we'll practice it together. If any of you have your own thoughts or understandings of the Prayer, please bring them along to share.
